Business IT Administrator

We are looking for a Business IT Administrator to join our team. Our successful candidate will be the linking pin between IT and the Business. At Blink we use a variety of tools (some of them well known and some of them lesser known). In this role you are responsible for the research and analysis of the usefulness of all those tools and helping us with a selection (if needed). Besides that, you organise, prepare and lead training (on the job) sessions for our employees and partners where you give them the knowledge and confidence to start using (new) tools in an efficient way.

We use tools like Slack, Excel, Google Workspace, Kobo and Google Data Studio.

Main responsibilities
  • – Analyse the usefulness of our existing ‘toolkit’.
  • – Teach, explain and help colleagues and partners in using the selected tools in a way which make their work easier and more efficient.
  • – Assist in (short) tool selection projects.
Requirements
  • – An appropriate degree (at least Bachelor’s degree) in IT.
  • – Professional experience as a trainer with a patient and helpful attitude.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish is a pré), spoken and written.
  • – Proactive, self-motivated and pragmatic.
  • – Feels identified with the group’s core values: honesty, integrity, openness, self-reflection and personal growth.
  • – Provide clear recommendations for specific use cases.
  • – Develop training materials directed at different cohorts and skill-levels (in  English)
  • – Lead training sessions and provide implementation support for team members and partners.

Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. As a data analyst you are part of the software development team and you will work with several experts in the field of technology and impact management. It is important that you have more than a decent understanding of mathematics, especially statistics.  You will be working on site in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and will report to our CTO.

 

Main Responsibilities
  • – Contribute to environmental and social research and in-depth case studies.
  • – Collect and analyse measured data from each project and organise this into Jupyter notebooks for reporting.
  • – Collect and analyse impact data for social investment projects, using Google Data Studio and Google Analytics.
  • – Help define and shape data collection and analysis for new projects.
Requirements
  • – An appropriate degree (at least Bachelor’s degree)
  • – 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis is preferred, but starters will also be considered.
  • – Good analytical skills and a learning mindset.
  • – Works methodically and with high attention to detail.
  • – Prior experience with building analytics dashboards, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Python or Jupyter notebooks is preferred.
  • – Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • – Proactive, self-motivated and pragmatic.

Legal Officer

As a Legal Officer At Blink, you will be instrumental to support development of our legal advisory, responsible for the provision of Legal and Compliance services for all our entities. You report directly to the Legal Counsel and work in a stimulating, international environment with the focus on positive impact. 

Main resposibilities
  • – Coordinate all legal corporate housekeeping as related to all group entities worldwide.
  • – Coordinate and monitor filing of these legal documents on our legal database.
  • – Ensure the legal database remains well organised, up to date and coordinate any changes with the relevant      operations and access users from the different departments and divisions.
  • – Initial review of legal documents.
  • – Are the key person to coordinate internal (e-)signing of all legal documents as well as fully executed versions by external parties.
  • – Are the key person to review and complete compliance and due diligence requests from our partners/suppliers.
  • – Initiate and complete third party checks on new customers/suppliers.
  • – Being the first point of contact to internal customers for legal support.
Requirements
  • – Education level: Master’s degree in Law (preferable with emphasis on company and/or contract law).
  • – You are available 24-40 hours a week.
  • – Experience in working with a contract management database and legal corporate housekeeping (i.e. maintaining and filing corporate records, as well as drafting/reviewing board and shareholder resolutions).
  • – Structured, well-organised and attention to detail.
  • – You have the ability to form strong working relationships with colleagues.
  • – Analytical skills as well as a strong affinity with IT and data.
  • – Enthusiastic about Legal Operations and Compliance.
  • – You are fluent in English. Fluency in other languages is a big plus.
  • – Excellent knowledge of Google word/excel.
